I am needing some help with this Group therapy code 97150. I have read everything that I can & probably confused myself even more. Someone please help. If I were to bill the following codes, where am I needing to add the 59 modifier? I am beyond lost. I'm not necessarily trying to bill all of those codes. I just threw those out since they are my most common billed codes. Medicare is basically writing off everything. Clearly I am doing something incorrectly. The group therapy code (97150) is bumping up against all timed codes.
