Does anyone know how to bill 92541-Spontaneous Nystagmus Test or 92542-Positional Nystagmus Test for Physical Therapy? I know that we are not supposed to combine these two procedures and bill them together instead we are supposed to bill 92540. But how am I supposed to bill this Vestibular Function Test w/Recording for a Physical Therapy? What modifiers am I supposed to use. Please help me as my time is running out.
