Can a Naturopathic bill for Physical Therapy codes 97110 - 97140? Or does the provider need to be a licensed Physical Therapist? I am in the state of Washington if that matters.

Do you, by any chance, have the link handy where I can find the documentation for this requirement. I'm trying to convince one of my doctors of this, and showing him this info online will help GREATLY!!
