We need assistance with some Physical Therapy billing, we have a provider whom is wanting to use CPT code 97760-97763 for protisic services. What we know is that patient has 2nd and 3rd toe amputated in 2023 and has had there shoe prosthetic done else where but is coming to our clinic for gait and mobility therapy. I feel that the codes should be 97530 and 97116 over 97760-97763. Example of chart note is below you're help is greatly appreciated.
