An acute care hospital has outpatient physical therapy, should it be billed to Medicare Part B,and for Inpatient billed to Part A ?, or all billing go to part A ?
 
If it is a separate department and the patient has been dc'd from acute care, Part B. However, if the patient is still in the admitted encounter, Part A.
