Hoping someone might be able to help with information regarding the distinct differences and/or skills for a Physician Clinic Coder compared to a diagnostic ancillary coder. I have searched multiple websites and databases but have not found any industry standards. I can only assume this is due to the differences within each individual organization and the expectations they place on chart types for coders.
