Wiki Physician dictation dx/pathology report

Pathology report states that tissue sample could be any of several different cancers but probably pancreatic, biliary or gastrointestinal. Physician's dictation states patient has pancreatic cancer. Is it ok for me to code the physician's diagnosis?
