I am really confused on how to compute the Physician Fee Schedule as I am studying for my CPC exam. Any tips on how to memorize these 2 formulas (facility and non-facility)?

You will NOT have questions on how to compute formula's from the Physician Fee Schedule. So don't waste your time.

The questions will only come from the CPT, ICD-9 and HCPCS books - ONLY.
