Wiki physician office bill for false labor?

Hello,
I do the office billing for an OB/GYN practice. I know the hospital bills patient's insurance for labor checks and false labor observations, but am I allowed to also bill for these services? As long as our doctor saw the patient and documents all...
I was thinking it would be part of the global, but then I wasn't sure.

I would include that in global. I would not consider false labor by itself it a complication, and certainly not a problem unrelated to pregnancy.
