1. does anyone can help me what service code (CPT code) to report for a physician order to hold the patient on hospital due to scheduled procedure?

2. for a physician order to discharge the patient from home care agency...

3. for a physician order to schedule return of care visit into home care agency..

You do not code and bill for physician orders you code for face to face services from the documentation provided.

Patient is in their home under the care of a home care agency. The physician made a verbal order for the patients ongoing care. We cannot use code 99339?

No, a verbal order is not care plan over site. You should read up on all of the elements that must be documented in order to bill this. Verbal orders are not billable services.
