Do procedures, (cath changes, flu shots, EKG, or anything done by an RN) need to have a physician present? I have read so much different information that I am really confused now. I really cannot find a direct answer. Thanks in advance for any help.

If you are a physician office then the NPI number you put in 24J as the supervising/attending physician must be physically present while the patient is being seen. For confirmation check with your malpractice attorney.
