If someone could assist me I would be very appreciative. Is it legal to insist the employees take their vacation when the Dr. takes his? If they don't take the days as vacation, it will be unpaid time off.
 
IS it legal? absolutely. The employees should have been informed of this rule upon hiring, if they were not then shame on the office for not doing so. But it is not illegal.
