Need any information available on a physician's assistant dictating a consult note for the physician. He does state that the doctor saw the patient in consult, reviewed the records and agreed with the PA's assessment. How would you code this?

Just to clarify, who actually did the consult? The physician or the PA? Did they both see the patient and the PA just dictated the consult for the physician?
