Hi,
Some of our ob/gyn claims have bben audited by United Healthcare and have come back stating that the physician signature is illegible. Is a signature key / log acceptable by most insurance carriers? I know Medicare does not accept signature stamps, but about commercial carriers?

Any help is appreciated.
