What is most accurate way to code the following? Any assistance is greatly appreciated! I have a debate on 11422 vs 10061:

Pre-op Dx:
Procedure: Excision of Pilar cyst of the scalp x2
Post-op Dx:
Anesth: 1% lidocaine w/ Epi
Details: Consent obtained and time out performed. After crown area was prepped and draped, local anesthetic was used. An incision was made with a 15-blade over the palpable mass. The subcutaneous neoplasm was identified and consistent with a pilar cyst. The neoplasm was then dissected from the surrounding tissues using sharp and blunt dissection. The neoplasm was excised completely intact. The neoplasm measured _2x1.5cm__. After hemostasis was obtained the incision was closed w/ 4-0 monocryl. Attention then turned to the occipital area. After occipital area was prepped and draped, local anesthetic was used. An incision was made with a 15-blade over the palpable mass
