I have a patient with excision of an extensive pilonidal sinus requiring an advancement flap, 8 cm, on each buttock to close the defect. Would you only use the 11772 for complicated excision of pilonidal sinus or would you additionall code 14000 for the flap and 14000 -59 for the second sided flap?
