We are looking for a code for percutaneous pinning of toes, which includes a K wire. Podiatrist states that he percutaneously pinned toes 4, 2, and 1. He put in 2 pins in toe 1. No fracture was involved. This was for hammer toe due to a contracture burn. Does anyone have a CPT code for this?
