I received a denial from Coventry that 31002 can't be performed in the office per CMS guidelines. Where in the world do I find whether or not CMS allow for a particular cpt in the office setting?

I see this link and can go into but I am guess I am dumber than a bag of hammers that I don't see it plainly listed, "this service can't be performed in the office setting". How do you read the list out of all the fees that clearly states if a service can be performed in the office setting?
