Any ideas on this claim? The pt was seen at the provider's house. I do not know what to use for the place of service. It was a neighborly situation, but now the provider is wanting to bill this out. Thank you!

I believe that you would look under the Home Services codes in the CPT.

"The following codes are used to report evaluation and management services in a private residence".

The place of service would be 12 "Home - Location, other than a hospital or other facility, where the patient receives care in a private residence."
