We have a few employers that want us to send a nurse to their location and provide flu shots to their employees but i'm not sure how or IF we can bill for these and what the place of service would be. any thoughts anyone?

If the location of the employers is not known or if it is not mentioned in the CPT then use POS as 99 as per CPT.
