Need clarification in trying to understand the guidelines. The case scenario is as follows:
Induction @ 0745 Anesthesia start

A-Line 0817
CVP 0838
Surgery start 0904

I have read the guidelines and am still confused. I say it is not billable because the lines were started after induction. (that's how I interpret the guidelines) someone else says the guidelines state that the lines are only billable once the patient has been induced. Are there any experts out there that can explain in simpler terms.
