Placement of Spinal Cord Stimulator lead

Can anyone give me tips on coding these? The physician placed an Octrode spinal cord stimulator lead to the anatomic right midline at T8 and also placed a lead in the left S1 level. Should I bill 63650 twice? Any help is greatly appreciated!!
