Wiki Placement suture for bleeding control from anal tumor

I need help with a procedure code. The patient has a large fungating anal mass, which had active venous bleeding. Our general surgeon placed sutures to control this bleeding, he states that the site was visable, so no scope was used. Any thoughts?
