Wiki Plantar Fascia Hematoma

I was wondering if anyone has any advice about reporting an incision and drainage of a post operative hematoma in the plantar fascia. I can't seem to find a code to match it appropriately. It seems CPT 10060 is for simple procedures. CPT 27603 seems to be a good choice, but the code mentions only leg and ankle, not foot. CPT 28002 seems it could be a candidate, but the code description mentions "single bursal space". The bursa wasn't touch. Can someone please offer advice for this case? Thank you.

The CPT 10140 is more for skin procedures. This went far deeper into the fascia.

I did see CPT code 20005, but I was turned away due to the word abscess. Can I use this code for Hematoma?

I've used 10140 for more than just skin procedures.....
