Plantar warts injection

I am wondering if anyone has billed for plantar wart injection with Candin? I have a couple different opinions re: the CPT code that should be billed: 11900 or 17110. ( I know the Candin is an unlisted HCPCS). I would appreciate any opinions you may have. Thanks.
 
I use the code 17110 because it says physicians uses a laser, electrosurgery, cryosurgery or chemical treatment to obliterate or vaporize benign lesions.
