Can anyone direct me how the physician can get reimbursed if using a Plasma jet for coagulation? Is there a HCPCS code for the machine? Can the physician be reimbursed separately?

The machine itself is a piece of reusable equipment so even if the physician owned it, it would be applied as a depreciating asset to the cost of doing business and not billable per use.
If the facility/hospital owns it, the same would apply.
Hope this made sense - I don't know all the terminology but I have done taxes for a business before.
