Does anyone out there bill for plastic surgery where major surgery is performed in an office surgical suite? If so, I need to know how to bill the office "facility" fee in addition to the professional charges or if this can be billed.

We just recently built a surgery suite in our office and we are going to have an anesthesiologist on staff. Our suite is accredited with a AAAASF certification.
