I have a fluoro for bronchoscopy report read by my radiologist, but the radiologist did not do the procedure. the dictation reads as follows; Fluoroscopy time: one minute 26 seconds. 2 fluoroscopic images demonstrate intrauterine mainstem bronchus with biopsy device. how do I code this?
