Cpt 66130?
NOT my area of expertise, but ...
Would CPT 66130 work?
Lay description from Encoder Pro: The sclera, coming from the Greek word for "hard," is the tough, white, outer coat of the eye. To remove a scleral lesion, the physician cuts through the thin, transparent conjunctiva and snips the lesion with scleral scissors. The scleral and conjunctival wounds may not require sutures. The physician applies antibiotic ointment and possibly a 24-hour pressure patch.
Hope that helps.
