I would code as 29881 and G0289 x 2. Work was done in all three compartments so you can bill the G code twice. Hope this helps! :)
 
You can bill it and drop the chondroplasty. AAOS and NCCI do not bundle 29881 and 29876 however some payers will not pay for the synovectomy and they will pay the G code. At least that is what I have seen in my practice. And from reading the op report the doctors description of the chondroplasty is a lot better then the synovectomy. Any other thoughts?
