I am trying to determine if I should use the 93351-26 for a stress echo or the 93350; 93016 and 93018? I believe the later to be the correct one but would really love some input. All the report states is that it is a gated four view; standard Bruce protocol on the exercise side. This would also have the interpretation and report. Please help :)

did this stress echo take place in the hospital or in your office...who owns the equipment?If you own it all use 93351 for the whole procedure, if facility use the 93350 with appropriate modifier and the 93016/93018 as appropriate...

This is an outpatient office of the hospital. So assuming I would look at this as the hospital owns the equipment, I would use the 93351-26?
