Billing 93306 with 93925, 93923 and 93978 Modifier? All done at the doctors office with his equipment.

If the doctor owns the equipment and is doing the interp, you would bill global without any modifiers.

I'm sorry, I should have probably added that he is doing it all on the same day with different dx's
