Hello,
Thank You for responding, I have a situation in where one of my doc's did a Bilateral sentinel lymph node mapping with methlene blue dye on both breast
Bilateral sentinel lymph node biopsy on both breast
bilateral total mastectomy on both breast
the CPT codes I have come up with are 19303 50, 38525 50 and 38900 50, but how would I bill out if the left breast has a different dx than the right breast? would I just list all of the codes above twice with out a modifier?
