Any seasoned CT coders out there to help????

The distal anastomis utilizing SVG to the RC was performed in an end-to-side-type fashion, followed by the long onlay patch angioplasty to the obtuse marginal, then finally with the left internal mammary artery to the LAD is a long onlay patch angioplasty over the distal lesion at the tip of the left ventricle apex and proximally for approximately 2 to 3 centimeters.

I have never seen CABG done with these onlay patch angioplasty's. My co-worker thinks the correct codes are 33510, 33572 - LD, 33572 - LC (Obtuse marginal). I just have never seen this before but 33572 is for coronary endarterectomy. Is that what's going on here - just in different wording??

Thanks for any help, tips, or advice.
