What is the cpt code of a pelvic exam. It was not a pap it was just a pelvic exam. My physician are not OB/GYN. Also can I charge a pelvic exam and a new patient office visit.

the pelvic exam is the E&M code. There is no separate CPT code for this. As an OB/GYN the physician examines this area as a part of what he does. Therefore you apply the appropriate E&M level as met by the documentation.
