I was just wondering if anybody could point me to some information about billing for 99070? I have never billed it, and want to make sure I am billing the right thing.

What are you billing 99070 for?

Are you using it for medication for Workers Comp? If so, you will need to indicate the NDC # for the medication used.

If you are billing for anything other than WC, use the HCPC code for the medication used.
