My Doc excised a intramuscular lipoma of the back Op note
reads an incision was made over a mass in the right mid back and extended throught the skin, subcu and extended through the fascia of the trapezius. Penrose drain was placed. Just need help with CPt as I thought that it would be 21930 just wanted to know if that would be the right code. Thanks for any help
