Hi,
I would really love some advice on the proper Dx for this..
Status post Moh's excision of BCC of right lower lid and conjunctiva.
The Doctor performed a full thickness repair of lower lid with a mycuatneous
cheek flap.
Any opinions would be greatly appreciated,

I sounds like this is a clousure of the defect created by the Mohs procedure which is often done several days later. We always used a code for an aquired deformity of the area, with a V10.x code for the hx of ca.
