Can anyone please help me with dx code for infection of prosthetic knee joint?

The patient had infected knee arthroplasty 4 weeks prior. Two days prior to presentation the patient had positive culture for Enterobacta Cloacae, but on present examination, organism not documented. Would I be correct with 996.66, 136.9 & V43.65?

I agree with your codes. But if the organism is confirmed as Enterobacta Cloacae, then we can use the Dx 041.85 intead of 136.9.
