I would welcome any help on the correct way to enter and file J0561 (bicillin) using one code (J0561) but indicating that we are using 600,000 or 1.2 million units? This is the same code but how do i indicate whether i am using 600,000 or 1.2 million units as they both have different NDC CODES? I have the same dilema with Rocephin as HCPCS has one code but we use 2 different strengths and they have 2 different NDC codes, 500mg and 1 gram? I would appreciate any help....thank you so much.
