When coding for Thallium (A9505), what would be the correct way to bill the units. There are many websites that say always round up to the highest full mCi administered, yet others say if it is 4.5 mCi or more round up otherwise round down. If you administer 4.3 mCi of A9505, what would be the correct units to bill? 4 or 5?
