I would have to say it's 491.21. Code 491.22 indicates "acute bronchitis" your statement says "chronic bronchitis" That's my opinion.

Does anyone know how I would code this? Would 590.00 be correct?

Subacute and chronic pyelonephritis

Did I code these correctly?

Non-infectious gastroenteritis with dehydration
558.9, 276.51

Type II diabetic admitted over a month ago for diabetic coma. Pt in office for F/U of nephrotic syndrome and gangrene of several toes with the diabetes mellitus 250.40, 581.81, 250.70, 785.4

Thanks in advance for your help.
I came up with the same on all.....with the pyelonephritis just make sure you code any casual condition or organism first if applicable. That's my opinion:)
