my doctor is participating with FL Medicare he wants to collect his
services upfront full amount not even Medicare allowable
patient already met his deductible is this legal?

If your doctor is a participating Medicare provider, he has signed a contract that states he will not bill Medicare beneficiaries more than Medicare allowables. In my opinion, if he does this, he will find himself banned from the Medicare program.

Don't you love how our docs can sometimes come up with these ideas?!?
