Wiki Pleural effusion directly related to CABG??

I have a physician that wants to bill for hospital visits where a patient is readmitted or treated for a pleural effusion following a CABG. From the research I've done, pleural effusion can be a direct result of having a CABG and should more than likely be part of the global service.
