Plication of left ventricle aneurysm w/ CABG

Hello forum,

I have a cardiac surgery where an apical aneurysm of ~ 30 CC volume on the left ventricle was plicated during CABG. What CPT should I use for the plication of the ventricle anueurysm heart wall? Thank you for your help.
