I am not able to find an ICD-10 code for Pneumarthrosis. The providers note states - Complex laceration, medial aspect of left knee, with tendon involvement and pneumarthrosis. Would this be the same as Effusion? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

From my understanding, pneumarthrosis is a very broad term just describing air or gas in a joint. So, I believe it would also be considered joint effusion. In your case, it would be effusion in the knee. I would look at the code M25.46-!
