Does anyone know if a Medicare patient who gets the pneumococcal vaccine 23, and they are not high risk, if Medicare is paying ? I'm not finding anything
definite on that.

Go to this link on the website, and it will show you what Medicare pays for regarding vaccines. Refer to page 2 of the PDF. Medicare pays for the vaccine, 90732 with the appropriate DX code, and administration code, which is all on the PDF file. This file is from CMS.
