Good Afternoon All! I am looking for some descriptive help with G-Codes.

Our Physicians perform Nail Care....They are giving me codes of 11720 & G0127 for one claim. As did look them up and found they can be billed together with a modifier but, we are getting denials.

Can these codes be billed together? (they look almost exact to me) Also, do I put the Q modifiers on both CPT's and the 59 on only one?

If anyone can help ot direct me to a clear and correct guide for these services I would Greatly Appreciate it!

i am wondering if you found an answer to this question?
i am billing these two codes together and recently am getting denials from humana mcr only. i am not receiving denials from any other insurance.
i am billing them as below
11720-Q*
G0127-59-Q*
