Looking for some coding assistance for the following:

POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSES:
1. Weber ‘B' type lateral ankle fracture of the right limb.
2. Subluxed right ankle, with laterally deviated and subluxed talus of the right ankle.

We came up with ICD-9 824.2 for #1 and ICD-9 837.0 for #2

PROCEDURES PERFORMED:
1. Open reduction and internal fixation of the Weber B fracture of the right ankle.
2. Reduction of subluxed talus into a more natural position through manipulation.

We came up with CPT 27792 for #1 and CPT 28545 for #2

Please assist if the above coding has been done correctly. If not, what would be the correct codes?

Thank you!
