Hi,

I am new to a mobile podiatry practice. I have tried to look up through CMS and multiple other sites. If a podiatrist is seeing a patient routinely for routine footcare through a year , can you bill an E/M yearly? Are there certain conditions that would allow podiatrist to do E/M visit once year? example Diabetes or does there need to be a new onset of another medical necessity reason?
